Works of Heart dinner menu by Bacio. Cocktail reception: Citrus Poached Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail with lemon; Braised Meatballs with Pecorino Romano cheese; Vegetable Speidini with zucchini, cherry tomato, bell pepper and basil aioli; Molinari Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms with romesco and bread crumbs; Beef Tenderloin Crostini with truffle aioli, scallion and sea salt. Salad: Commander's Salad with Belgium endive, yellow onion, hard egg, Reggiano, tomato, bacon and black pepper vinaigrette. Entrée selections, choose one: 6 oz. Filet Mignon with roasted Parmesan potatoes, butter-braised haricot vert and herb butter; Salmon Picatta with herb-mashed potatoes, butter-braised green beans and lemon-caper butter sauce; Roasted Chicken with white cheddar mashed potatoes, butter-braised haricot vert and lemon-basil pan jus; Risotto Pomodoro with smoked tomato, zucchini, Reggiano and basil oil. Dessert: Salted Caramel Cheesecake with chocolate sauce and sea salt.
